"Gude" describes someone or something with no energy or strength, while "tama" is from the Japanese word tamago, which means egg.

Look at this cute menu paper!

Gudetama Lobster Onsen ($16.00)

With today’s chilly weather comes the longing for something warm and comforting at day’s end. There’s nothing that warms the body and soul quite like our “Lobster Onsen” soup – rich lobster bisque with a kawaii poached egg all in a crusty bread bowl, served with seasonal greens. Hearty and packed with flavour, what’s not to like?

“I’m Cold” Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict ($26.90)

Happy Boxing Day! The long weekend is almost coming to an end and what better way to wrap up the weekend with this egg-ticing dish that is perfect for any time of the day. Perfectly poached eggs wrapped up with smoked salmon and mashed avocado on toasted brioche, finished off with zesty yuzu hollandaise sauce and ebiko, and served with tater tots, grilled mushrooms and seasonal greens. Wholesome, comforting and it reminds us of every satisfying meal we have loved!
